In addition to the CEO of the Everett Clinic, his direct responsibility includes Northwest Physicians Network, an Independent Physician Association (IPA) based out of Tacoma. Aric previously served as the president for DaVita Medical Group New Mexico and has held several leadership roles within that team for the last 12 years. Prior to becoming the president in 2015, Aric served as the residency program director, associate medical director of specialty care, senior medical director, and chief medical officer.
In his current role, Dr. Coffman plays a key role in the planning and operations throughout all Washington clinics. His experience and expertise in the healthcare industry will help expand the Washington region through planned growth, business development, and the transformation of care delivery. This will be accomplished by providing leadership at the regional level working with the national team. As a physician, Aric brings an important physician’s perspective to regional strategy and operations.
His passion and leadership have earned him recognition professionally and in his community. He was honored with the DaVita Core Value Award for Fulfillment, has been named a Top Doc, and received a lifetime achievement award from the University of New Mexico for resident education. He was featured in the Albuquerque Journal for his work and dedication in healthcare. Dr. Coffman received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma, and an MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas.

Remedy Partners is an ‘episodes of care’ company, where Dr. Whitcomb oversees all aspects of the clinical enterprise, and the intersection between clinical, technology, and business areas. At Remedy, Win has overseen the development of a comprehensive offering of care redesign resources for elective and emergent orthopedic procedures. Prior to joining Remedy in 2013, Dr. Whitcomb led the development of bundled payment programs, including hip arthroplasty, at Baystate Health, an integrated delivery system with a health plan in Massachusetts, starting in 2009. As lead author, he published Baystate's experience with a total hip replacement bundle in the Joint Commission Journal in 2015, showing decreased post-acute spending and similar quality versus controls.

Dr. Plancher is recognized for his commitment to advances in orthopedics, research and education concerning orthopedic care and philanthropic efforts. Dr. Shawn West is a Washington native, local family physician, and graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine. He is an active member of The Robert Bree Collaborative and Medical Director for Premera Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska.
As a family medicine physician, he is a passionate advocate for better health care and providing high quality, compassionate, cost-effective and evidence-based care to individuals and families.
Through his work at the Robert Bree Collaborative, he enjoys collaborating with state health care leaders on efforts to improve health care cost, quality and experience for all Washingtonians.
As Medical Director for Premera Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska, he is able to work directly with network clinicians and employer groups improving the quality, affordability, and experience of health care services. He is directly involved in the evolution of bundles in multiple geographies and will address value-based medicine from the payer and employer point of view.
He will help lead the afternoon RoundTable in his presentation: The Value Based Market Place: Connecting the Purchasers. His presentation will focus on the benefits of value-based care in terms of improved quality, outcomes, and patient experience as well as decreased costs. He will bring the perspective of a physician, The Bree Collaborative, and the payers that are being asked to address the increasing burdens faced by the biggest purchasers of healthcare.
